Big Government : Olympia Snowe to Retire from Senate

Calling Olympia Snow a Republican always makes me feel a little queasy. If a Dem takes the seat, nothing will change but the little letter after the name.

Big Government : Tonight's #CNNDebate Winner: The Brokered Convention

Well it's become clear that the RINO's can and will dictate the candidate. I've totally given up on the idea that things can get fixed through an election. The only purpose voters serve is to determine which side gets the lion's share of our money this four years. It's called the "Republican" Party, and the Republican establishment own it. And there's no way they will tolerate a candidate that will make changes to the status quo.

Big Government : Judicial Watch Announces: The 2012 Election Integrity Project

In the last Presidential election, the Dems figured out how to "stack" the electoral college. They bussed voters from heavily Democrat states to close battleground states. Their theory was, "Why waste votes in states we've already won?" And because the registration process has been undermined, they were able to register people who were not residents, and who were already registered in other states - all at the last minute. With a relative few "extra" votes, they can steal the entire delegate slate from critical states. I caught one idiot blogging about it, and how she had gone to Ohio to vote. But I couldn't find anyone willing to even look into it. And that, I'm afraid, will be our undoing.

No, no... read closer. Pew ACKNOWLEDGED the duplicates, and then stated that they weren't a problem. Regardless of who they once were, Pew is right up there with Media Matters and the Tides Foundation. According to Pew, all those duplicates are a simple misunderstanding. They claim that actual incidents of voter fraud rarely happen. "Move along, folks, nothing to see here."

Breitbart.com : Study: 1 in 8 US voter registrations have errors

The other thing the article doesn't deal with is the new tactic of "stacking" battleground states. The Dems have learned how to game the electoral college by bussing voters from states with large Democrat majorities, to vote in key states where the race is very tight. In other words, "why waste votes in states we've already won?" That tactic was responsible for the election of Al Franken, and the ultimate Dem majority in the Senate that gave us ObamaCare. If anyone would bother to check these "harmless" duplicate registrations, they would find that a majority of them are in solid Dem states, and battleground states. It's not a coincidence.

Pew is right up there with Media Matters and the Tides Foundation. Regardless of what they used to be, they are now a propaganda arm of the left. My favorite quote from this article is that examples of actual voter fraud "are rare". That's because it is difficult for ordinary citizens to gain access to the necessary information, and when cases are reported they are rarely investigated. I found hard evidence of an "activest" who voted in Austin, TX and also in Ohio, in the last Presidential election. She was stupid enough to brag about it, and she even posted photos of herself while in Ohio. I couldn't find a single person with the authority and/or interest to even consider taking action. Of course documented examples are rare - but that hardly proves that it does not happen regularly.

Big Government : What to Make of Santorum's Hat Trick and the Return of the Social Issues

The RINO establishment has done everything in their power to make Romney inevitible. Which tells me that he is the last person (from the Republican side, anyway) I want to see elected. My biggest concern about him is that he will want to come in and play nice. Whatever you say about Newt, he would have taken an immediate hatchet to the constructs BO has put in place. If that doesn't happen, a lot of the damage will be permanent.

Ummm... Eileen? A "hat trick" is a sports term that describes scoring three times in one contest. Last night, Santorum won three primaries in a single evening. The hat trick reference is generally understood, and Santorum's wins certainly qualify. There are plenty of things to get upset about - this isn't one of them.

Big Hollywood : Rapper M.I.A. Flips 100 Million Americans the Bird During Super Bowl Halftime Show

I think Madonna is a pig, but the halftime show was a pretty incredible spectacle. As for Madonna's "mis-step"... did anyone even notice that she did the whole thing in 5-inch heels? I thought she did a good show, and held up her end of the bargain not to do anything stupid during a prime-time program. I didn't notice MIA's stunt live, but it it figures it would be her to do something classless. I think they should have a penalty clause in their contracts, for doing anything like that. If she knew it was going to cost her a half million or so, I wonder if she would give a ____ then?

Why? Because someone said so? That can be changed. Don't forget that there was a time when an African person did not have voting rights. Did that make them "not a person"? Or was it simply a bad law? Strangely enough, an unborn horse is a horse. An unborn dog is a dog. If you kill one of them, you can be found guilty of committing a crime. It's amazing that people like you are unwilling to give the same respect to a human that you give to a dog or horse.
