If he does not have a valid long form Birth Certificate, nothing else needs to be looked at because it would then be clear that he is not eligible. In this case he would not be a "Natural Born Citizen". However, if he can produce a valid long form Birth Certificate, then this issue would not be so clear, and unfortunately it would demand a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. They would have to answer the question: "Can a person born in the U.S. be considered a "Natural Born Citizen" with only one parent who is a U.S. Citizen. I believe that if they follow the Constitution and the implied definition of "Natural Born Citizen", they would have to rule against eligibility. It is far more effective to launch widespread and blistering discussions of the hypocricy of most of his comments everytime they occur rather than to make fun of his facial features, speak insults about him, or to use profanity when talking about him. I know it is hard because he makes me want to insult and to use profanity also, but it is something we must do. This same reaction should also apply to any person making public comments in support of Obama's policies which are clearly hypocritical. The blog above started the discussion of Obama's hypocricy even when talking about civility in the public domain.
