Ken, I agree with you about the scare tactics that are being used by the supporters of I1100 but the one thing that is being over looked in my opion is the lost income. Currently, as it is being reported, the state is making a large amount of money on there mark up. how do you think they are going to make up for that lost income? Think maybe you will see a large tax being added to the Liquor they will no longer be selling? So where will our saving be? Then we have the shop workers that will be put out of work also. So more unemployed and higher taxes. That is what I see from approving I1100.
I was part of this project, on the Navy's side, for several years before up to it's cancelation and I saw many instances where the contractors failed to follow specifications and where normally always unwilling to correct discrepancies. At program meetings there only concern was re-interpreting the contract and specifications

Ken, This topic is telling. Yep animal abuse is running amuck. We need to really put an end to all of this abuse. Imagine what that worm is must be going thru as it is put on that hook and lowered down into the water. Now there is abuse.
