4th year seniors graduating this year would have been from the recruiting class the winter when Barnett resigned and Hawkins took over. 5th year seniors graduating this year would have been from the recruiting class in Barnett's last full year. I would say that the absence of CU players from the draft boards this year actually gives some credence to Hawkins' "burned to the ground" talk.

I like the Big 12 and have no desire to leave the conference just to leave. That said, I think we fit in a lot better with the Pac-10 overall. If we can afford it and think it will be worth it in the long run, I think we should move.

Can he really be considered a former CU linebacker if he never even saw the field. Judging by the picture, I doubt they even had time to take a photo of him in a Buffs uniform. And to the commenters above, I TOTALLY agree that one bad apple means the whole crop is no good. I'm sure if the CU football program was shut down, there would be no more crime or unhappiness in Boulder...
