I was hoping thats what quantum was - spectre. I think it would be cool to see Bond vs Bloefeld and bond giving him the scar or somehow making him bald.

Lets hope it doesnt go the way of watchmen in turnaround and get fought over by two studios as if they were a divorcing couple fighting over the custody over thier prodigial child who may make them rich and famous one day.

/Film : Karate Kid Remake Plot Details Revealed

I'm not a huge fan of remakes, however, in the past reboots have been pretty good (Batman, Bond). I think this is more of a reboot than a remake as the characters are different and the plot is slightly different but keeping the core of the KK film. Also I like the video game buff aspect as its pretty relavent in modern times. Maybe this could be the KK for this generation of kids and get them off thier consoles and beating each other up in the hope a wise old chinese man will teach them martial arts.

Film School Rejects : Hell Yes: \'Dr. Who\' Script in the Works

I don't think Tennant will play the Doctor as he has moved on and is being replaced by someone else. I think Stephen Moffat and Russell T Davis will write because the BBC aren't (that) stupid and wouldn't let anyone else do the job (badly). The new Dr looks interesting, like he would play it as Tom Baker did. I guess David Tennant could make an appearance in a flashback or some scene where all the different Dr Whos appear to the new one to offer advice or something like Yoda did to Luke.

/Film : Do Pixar's Movies Tell The Story of Life?

I wonder then if the next film would be about rebirth - maybe some sort of reincarnation movie. I don't think some of the above commenters really get that the amazoing thing about this is how these films have reflected the maturity of the people working on them. Essentailly, using these various stories the staff at pixar have told us thier story about thier life. That really deep and possibly sounds like something someone said whilst watching all the films drunk or high..

/Film : Ridley Scott Casts Matthew Macfadyen as The Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood

Come on MacFadyen is best known as Tom from Spooks! I am disappointed with the way the plot looks. When I first heard about it I thought it would be like the Jackal, where Robin Hood was hired by the "Merry men" and medieval terrorist organisation to kill Prince John. Only the Sherrif of Nottingham could catch him. Or something like that. Portraying Robin as a bit of a dick doesn't make the film sound that exciting.

/Film : Internet Leak Leads To Radical Repairs to McG's Terminator

I agree with Brendon, my favourite film of all time is Fight Club, not just because of the acting, visual effects or plot, but because of all of them. If a film had a great plot but just that, then its not a great film. Even if you use the best chocolate in the world to make a cake, if the eggs, flour and butter are shitty, it wont be a great cake. It may taste nice a first but it wont leave you wanting another one.

Also Eva Mendes' character should get killed off and replaced wth someone more...attractive and who can act.

Very Wrestler lite. Not even a best song nomination. I thought it was really good. What really annoys me is that the Best Picture nominations are almost exactly the same as the Best Adapted Screenplay nominations. Thats gay (which I suppose is also quite funny as Milk is the only original one).

TDK didnt have great fight scenes which is what I think held it back from being a greater film. Yes the performances were great but the fight scenes were not. Also I didnt think there was enough of the fight scene in Iron Man, I would have liked to have seen Iron Man taking names and kicking ass more. Personally Wanted had my favourite fight scene, 1 man vs 100? And there were some pretty sweet deaths.
