He is such a chicken. Not a man at all. He thinks he is so beloved by the whole world yet he is afraid of his own people who have taken an oath to defend him and this country. What a cry baby.

No you are not a bum. You should know that yourself. There are those who use the welfare system yes but disability is becoming one of the hardest things to get now a days (esspecially if it's for someone's back). I think many people here are quick to judge about social security and disability. I saw once on here where someone said they get mad when they see the scooter comercials. What they don't listen to is that those people getting a scooter for "free" have supplimental insurance that covers a lot if not most of the cost along with the government. There is nothing wrong with disability. I guess I just don't agree with most that disability is bad. Plus from my experiences it doesn't really pay much and the "insurance" is a joke. Most true disabled people need that money to survive. Don't let anyone tell you disability is wrong.

China tells its citizens how many children they can have. The UK doesn't provide any dental benifits (and dental care is scarce and very expensive to those who seek it). Canada tells pregnant women what hospital they can have their baby in and even helicopter high risk pregnancies to the U.S. because they don't have enough facilities for the high risk births. Four reasons why I don't want national heath care: I want to decide how many children I have. I want to have good teeth the rest of my life (and not die from an abscessed tooth). I want to decide where I have my baby. I want my children born in MY country and have natural born citizenship. I also want to decide what medicines are right for me and I want my doctor to be in a competitive field and paid so that I know they are working at the best of their ability (incentives).

I actually lived in a town where you couldn't have open fires within the city limits. Maybe their city has some fire ordinances too (and not just seasonal).

Well we don't live in a world where you can go outside and "talk" it over anymore. Why all the angst? I thought it was an interesting post and fitting to the vent section. I'd have steam coming out of my ears of someone managed to do something to me like that (not that they would have the guts to). But you can't invoke violence anymore. Esspecially place of employment. We need to start giving the libs a little taste of their own medicine and sue the pants off of everyone of them when they do something like this. This wasn't whinning. I don't think you see the difference. Don't be a bully.

I busted out laughing when I heard that one. His own liberal activist crazies that he loves so much (and who worship him) just backfired on him. I thought I was going to fall in the floor laughing. This crap wouldn't be going on with Bush. Bush wasn't my favorite president but at least all this BS crap didn't go on (or at least not as much). No time to save flies because we were saving people. Oh and I killed three flies and a spider this week. Time to lock me up. Not to mention we use them in as "lab rats" hahahaha!! Free the fruit flies!! I was serious about the lawsuit. Or start out with the idea of GodHelpUsAll but if the lib doesn't pay actually go through with the lawsuit. He/she better be glad it wasn't my book. They would have never made it outside (or better yet back in).

I was thinking along the lines of MR2. Report that lib-ass. I would report the Lib to the police for vandalism. Yes I am serious no joke. It's one thing to give someone your opinion but another to destroy any property. No matter how small or how large it is all the same. Heck I am one of those people who would put a civil suit against the lib for damages (and maybe even harassment). If someone had ripped an Obama loving book out of the lib's hands and done the same thing it would be world war three. Make sure this person understands it goes both ways and that they can never do this again. I would also bring it up to the right people at the company they both work for.

Well as far as I can tell Jr. will still get to race becuase JR Motorsports is his Nationwide team that he co-owns with Rick Hendrick but his Sprint Cup car is still owned by Hendrick motorsports. We already saw this coming. If GM and Chrysler are going under then their support for NASCAR is going to go under. This economy hit is nothing new to NASCAR and it is effecting more than just the drivers. I really see Toyota expanding in the sport and a new company jumping in next year. NASCAR is not going anywhere. When people think racing they only thing Sprint or Nationwide but NASCAR is much much bigger than that with several series. Racing starts at home on that good ol' local dirt track and those aren't going anywhere either.

Because it happened on CNBC not MSNBC. Look up Barney Frank CNBC on YouTube or try this link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsANExdIdGg the last minute is the part you want to see.
well for one thing dodge and chevy aren't the only two car brands in the industry. Don't forget you also have Ford and Toyota. I have also heard rumors that some other foreign car companies like Hyundai would like to get into NASCAR. If you didn't know it already there has already been funding cuts. It use to be easy for men to get get traning and then a job in the industry as soon as he graduated. Now it has become competative and not a good career path to jump into. Also didn't you hear about the Petty's going into finanicial crisis and trying to find anyway not to go bankrupt. Pattie Petty even spoke on our local radio and begged for people to continue supporting Victory Junction. Brad Coleman, a Nationwide driver (who I went to high school with), has not been able to become a full time driver yet dispite his talent because of money. He is sharing a Gibbs car this year. This guy has dedicated his life to racing and got his racing license at 14 (youngest ever?) and moved from home alone for all of high school. But I think lack of funding is holding him back and many others. NASCAR is already hit but it is not going to go away anytime soon.

I would support it. I have said this several weeks ago already. I am not sure it should be a state or a federal regulation though. There are so many benifits of legalizing it. Definatly take the money away from gangs and Mexican drug cartels. We might could even cripple some of these gangs. It would no longer come from Mexico and would be safer for consumptions (not laced with anything). It would save law enforcement and taxpayers billions of dollars each year. The crime associated with marijuana would go drastically down (including robberies, home break in, gang realted crime). We could take the money away from the criminals and bring it farmers and use it as tax. Although I believe that the tax thing could get out of hand like it has done with cigs. If marijuana ever gets legalized I think some of the taxes on cigs should be brought down. Over a $1 rate of tax on something is outrageous (no I don't smoke but I thnk it is crazy esspecially living in a tabacco state).

I was at a rest stop near my home this past week and while returning back to my car I saw two men who had put out a mat (special word?) on the grass in the picnic area and were praying and then bowing. They were standing up and I didn't realize what they were doing at first and then I realized they were muslims doing one of their daily prayers. I had actually never seen a muslim pray in person and so I stared (probably more than I should) and watched from my car. It dawned on my how wonderful a country we live in that a person can practice their religious rituals in public and private freely with no fear. Several people were around but no one seemed to even notice. It put a smile on my face to know that these two men could travel and still have a place and feel comfortable enough to pray in front of others. And to know that if I had wanted to I could have also gone out and prayed. This country may be in turmoil but just little expressions of freedom remind me that it is all worth fighting for.
