I like Pages on Facebook. I can't stand junk apps and "seductive" ads, and being invited over and over to be someone's friend or fan.
Facebook is close to being the got-to for modern society. Soon people will be utilizing the Facebook Connect feature for purchases. Once Facebook become "modus spendus" look out, the sky is the limit. Don't believe me? Let me ask you this: What did you think of PayPal when it first started to appear? If you're anything like me, you thought nothing of it, but now try making a purchase online without it being an option, if not the only option. Facebook already has the credibility to do what took PayPal years to accomplish.

I've had a quite a few friends recommend these. I like em. I'd get some cuz they actually come in my size (15)! (Note- they're sized in inches, not US sizes. Measure your foot and that's your size!)

Cool. I've been feeling my weight gain as well. I was 240 after a weekend in the hospital at the very beginning of October and am 262.6 today. Yikes. (BTW- I'm 6'5", if that makes any perspective difference.) While this isn't the most I've weighed, it's far too close to that mark. I'll be swimming. I'd ask the same "accountability" of the 8BIT community for myself. In order to assist with this, I'm keeping an online video journal of my progress. Check it out if you'd like.

I'm reading through Anne Jackson's Mad Church Disease right now (it was free on Kindle yesterday, and may still be- IDK) and the part that has been crucial is knowing that I'm not alone in whatever I'm struggling with- this includes the battle of the bulge.
