Many times they are found in bodies of water. I imagine some of them are accidents, some are suicides, and some are connected. There are way too many men found drowned throughout the Midwest. I'm not on board with the smiley face killer idea, but I do think there is a serial killer targeting young men. They're the perfect targets, because they think they're invincible.
