So what is the implication of that: Well one, it is an opportunity for companies/individuals to improve their performance. It also is something that people who build data analysis systems need to take into account. People do not like when their assumptions are proven incorrect. I don't see it as negative at all. I myself have mixed feelings about xobni. I have installed it and uninstalled it multiple times. What it is really good at is helping you see really quickly how/when you have communicated with an individual. A lot of my job is to stay in touch with people.
