It is possible that the "Swine Flu" may have originated in Washington, D.C. in that building where all the big fat pigs gather from time to time. Uhhh, I think it's called CONGRESS? In fact it is very supicious to me that this all started just after Hillary Clinton came back from Mexico. Could she be a carrier? Is it a coincidence?
I would like to know who in the "Chain of Command" is actually in command? I would like to know why now! People are still suffering, losing jobs and the economy in the toilet! The American people want help and answers from their beloved messiah-like-president and this is what he and the democrates come up with? That's right, just another way to distract us all while they build a campfire in the back of the White House and burn the Constitution. This is a classic example of how this administration can't and won't deal with the REAL problems in America. When they don't have answers, they simply distract.
I remember in the days following 9/12, we all were desparate to show everyone how proud we were to be Americans. You could barely find a flag to put on your car. You couldn't find stickers or lapel pins or anything that had a flag on it. As the days and weeks went on, I finally found a flag and lapel pin and wore them proudly. I was proud to be an American. Thanks to Glenn, he has reminded us that AMERICA IS GOOD. I have a bumer sticker that says: My Son is in the United States Navy! I found old my flag the other day in the garage. It's very worn, tatered and faded. I think I will buy another and put it on my car. I want EVERYONE to know that I am an AMERICAN AND DARN PROUD OF IT! I challenge everyone on the way to the Tea Parties, to display the American Flag and show that you are a partiot too. God Bless Us All.
I am convinced that what we all feared would happen is actually happening. For months during the election it was reported over and over about Obama's socialist views. It seems to me that if he wants the country to head closer and closer towards socialism wouldn't he simply destroy the economic system already in place? If our economy were a lame horse . . . it looks like he shot it in leg a few weeks ago, hit it in the head with a bat later and injected windex into it's viens on the day he had the treasury print a trillion dollars. That's his plan. He is purposely destroying the economy to the point of no return and that there is no other choice but to let the government take over and run our lives. God help us.
I always thought that being president meant that you were above things like appearing on a ridicluous show as he appeared on last night. This means he came down from a respected postion as the most powerful leader in the world and appeared on a late night television show. What kind of message does this send to Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Russia, etc.? I don't think the leaders of those countries jump down to this level. I am certain that they are not intrested in trying to show that they are just one of the "regular people". You don't see PM Putin or Gordon Brown pulling these kinds of stunts. I don't want a "cool" president! I want to see my president sitting in his office at his desk, doing his job!
Just what makes us think that these "presumed innocent" detainees would even want to be released in the U.S.? And even if they are, should we "presume" that they would just decide that the U.S. is a great place to live and that they would simply settle in and live as we do? Like law abiding citizens? I think not. If they are release here will they be granted citizenship? Will they pay taxes? Or carry out a terroist act? Obama, what are you thinking?
Why does Obama continually try seek out doing a "first"? The first sitting President to go on Jay Leno. What is this going to accomplish? He will look like and idiot instead of staying in Washington and doing the job he was hired to do. Why can't he just listen to the people instead of pandering to his liberal weirdo friends in California. Mr. Obama . . . Don't get to comfortable there on Pennsylvania Ave. . . . you won't be there long!
Has President Obama ever been able to cite ONE example in this great big ol' world where Universal health care was successful? I have never heard him say it. Did I miss it? Was is Britian? Nope, I've been there. It doesn't work there. What model does he base his on? Does he base it on Socialist Germany? My sister lives there. She says that everyone there hates it and tries come over here to have treatment. So, why does Odummy, think it going to work here? Why should we trust the O'Goverment to run our healthcare when Washington runs around like the Keystone cops? They don't know what there are doing and neither does he!
I cannot believe what this President is doing. Cutting defense spending?! My God...my son is leaving in a couple of weeks, heading for a part of the world that really hates Americans. What kind of message does this send to our active military. I'll tell you what . . . It says that there is a crazy man at the wheel and he is stearing our country into a ditch! God help us! Please pray for our active military.
