Aeropause Games : Bioware Fixes Mass Effect DLC for Steam Release

I'm glad they are doing this, but it seems like it's out of necessity. I love it when things come back to bite companies when they should have done it right the first time (ie been on Steam) I'm surprised Valve allowed this to be done. EA must be making a LOT of money for Valve in order for them to allow changes to a data set within the framework of their system.

Aeropause Games : Sad Chao suspects this is why the LCPD is so ineffective

My sadness today came when I realized that you cannot unheart levels if they've been deleted in LittleBigPlanet. They just sit there taking up space. It's been an issue since launch and Media Molecule has not addressed it. By God, we've got our DLC though. Oh, and I figured the copes in Liberty City were just like every one else in that game--morally corrupt. When your date accepts a dead person in the back of a flatbed truck and it's your clothes that sets her off you've got morality problems.

Aeropause Games : Killzone 2 Has a Release Date

I've not played any of the Killzone games except for the PSP version (Liberation, I think), which I found to be a pleasant surprise. Has there really been major hype for this title? I read 3-4 blogs and visit 2-3 major sites and I don't see this title (or franchise, really) come up all that often.

Aeropause Games : Dark Sector Possibly Coming to PC

Which brings up a good point. I've bought numerous mediocre games on Steam at a steep "discount" and enjoyed some of them.

Fable II, Fallout 3, Assassin's Creed, Oblivion, and so on. (Many are on the PS3, especially when compared to their other console counterparts.) I love this era in which we pay to beta test for companies, especially when it comes to game stopping bugs.

Aeropause Games : FCC To The DRM Rescue

See, that's my fear. Don't want DRM? You've got to pay more. It's a "feature" If it works for songs, it'll work for software. The customer is still punished. I think Steam is the only DRM that works. Of course, the fine folks at Stardock prove you can have a digital deliver system and not need DRM. I love Good Old Games as well.

Aeropause Games : I guess I just want to show up Stephen.

There are still store runs for Super Mario 64? Oh, wait. The DS version. Actually, there's probably no rhyme or reason as to why they are "coining" titles the way they are. I think this whole thing is stupid anyway. Give us some real rewards like removal of friend codes and maybe some online play. That might convince me to purchase more titles than a Pikachu sticker.

Aeropause Games : Pain Is The Biggest PSN Game In 2008

Pain came in my MGS4 bundle. I never would have tried it if it hadn't. Funny. I played MGS4 for 30 minutes and then sold it. Pain has received more play time--probably because it is fun. It's a great game for when you are having a bad day and you want to, you know, inflict something on someone. Taking a old lady with a walker out with a flying kick is always good for a laugh. See Hot Fuzz for reference.

Aeropause Games : eBay's seller squeeze furrowing brows, spawning alternatives

I have had more success with Amazon that any other online business when I need to unload or buy some used games. My selling price undercuts Gamestop and I make more profit than their trade-in. The only "hassle" is the shipping the items.
