If you hate shots and needles and are a healthy adult under age 50, you can get the nasal mist called Flumist. It couldn't be easier. The dose is a very small, fine mist into the nostrils, one at a time (see the web pic with this article of a little girl getting the nasal mist). Takes 10 seconds or less and is totally painless. Unfortunately, not a lot of people know about this because the media constantly reports on "flu shots." If you're curious or doubt what I've posted, ask your doctor or local Health Dept.
