Well, let's see - the most transparent president in history has no: transcripts, grades, class schedule, nor professors, classmates, or roommates who remember him and speak highly, no harvard law review articles, no graduation pictures, no girlfriends, no traffic tickets from boston. Sure, he went to harvard - but I went to Yale, and so did my son - for a doctor's appointment about 4 years ago.

My dad, then I, watched nightly news since the early 60s, always before dinner. After Brokaw's Charlie Rose interview - "We don't know the books he's [Obama] read, we don't know his world view" What??? Because you didn't ask or press, Tom - you and your leftist media did nothing to vet this inept, inexperienced, socialist, perhaps foreign, perhaps non-graduate of Harvard, privileged elitist for the Presidency - nothing. That was the last time I - and no doubt several others, clearly - have listened, watched, paid attention to, or even considered the opinions of these former opinion makers.

Big Government : New NLRB Decision Legitimizes Unions’ Race to the Bottom

My hope is the gainers see the writing on the wall and the call for State independence from the chains of Federal oversight. Allow the losing states to fall further into a community of welfare and dependence on the government, while freedom loving states gaining congressional power use their new found status to effectively opt out and secede to a degree from partaking at the federal teet. This time the lines won't be so distinct as the mason-dixon, nor the call for states rights tarnished by something so vile as slavery or civil rights - the call will be individual rights to be free from government in those states that say no to federal handouts, no to federal bailouts, no to federal money of any kind.

Big Government : New NLRB Decision Legitimizes Unions’ Race to the Bottom

It's already started: From a letter to the editor I wrote locally: . . . . The results of the 2010 Census projects that eight state will gain at least one congressional seat under reapportionment. Texas (4), Florida (2), Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah, and Washington (1). The average personal income tax in those states is 2.8%. By contrast, New York and Ohio will lose 2 seats. Illinois, iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania will lose one each. The average personal income tax rate in those states is 6.1%. Furthermore, in eight of the ten states losing congressional seats, workers can be forced to join a union as a condition of employment. In 7 of the 8 gainers, workers are given a choice whether to join or contribute financially to a union.

I would like to see the board of this company dissolve their charter and have these 22,500 employees on the street - rather than be held hostage to the unions. Were I a private company and a union rep came to my business and made any inroads whatsoever, I would shut the doors, and send my former employees to that union rep's house looking for a job. I would then move to another state, because I can - I have wealth, I employ people, I am a small business, am a job creator, I risk my capital so that others can benefit through their skill - but I will not be dictated to by a union or the government.

C'mon, man. Comrade Kurtz interviewing JImmy Carter is like Pravda interviewing Laverintiy Beria. Both socialist thugs but Beria actually pulled the triggers, Carter just further authorized the social raping of America by the left and enabled the very same outcome an mechanism, while publicly asking forgiveness from the media for the lust in his heart, just like Beria before his execution.
