Debbie Reynold's is still cute! Unsinkable Molly Brown was great. Sadly, there are no movies like this anymore!

Yes, Gene Kelly's dance style was rather athletic compared to Fred. Both were great, tho.

A Christmas Story--love it! TBS runs it for 24 hours straight beginning at 8pm Christmas Eve.

I agree! Many actors of yore were multi-talented. Besides acting, many could sing and dance very well. How about those old Fred and Ginger movies? Paper thin plots--but, oh the dancing!!!

Rebel Without a Cause must see! I borrowed it form our local library. There is tons of interesting symbolism. I followed an online "Cliff Notes" of sorts as I watched this movie. Fascinating. Highly recommend!
