<description>I agree that the traffic increase is part of the problem. But,, this is what i see here in Suffolk daily. The female students driving while TEXING and cell phone talking. The male students drag racing from school and to school. Passing on double yellow lines, running stop signs and red lights and exceeding the posted limit by 15 to 25 mph. I have a radar gun, and i have clocked  some at over 90 mph coming from high school with those WANT TO BE  fast and furious loud oil burners.  </description>

<description>I agree with you. Ask how many stay up half the night gaming and playing on the computer. The computers are causing a lot of teen age problems. Some even fall asleep in class because of lack of proper sleep at nite.  It is time for parents to take notice.  </description>
