It's not a requirement for the losing party to pay the fees of the winner, no. That would have to be introduced by the party that ultimately won. It doesn't just happen as a result of winning.
Also, despite the fact that WWE was most likely bankrolling the suit for the doctor, they were not the one who actually filed the lawsuit. So even if it WAS a legal requirement to pay out money as the loser, it wouldn't actually be them having to pay anything back.
Two. One win and one loss.
If I'm not mistaken, Bundy is one of the wrestlers in the big class action lawsuit against WWE. So for him at least, it will probably be some time, if ever.
Gotcha! I finally decided to step away from the game series this year after several years of being unhappy with it. As far as the roster changes, it really just goes to show how far ahead they start putting the game together as well as how frequently the WWE roster changes.
That's a trend that I've noticed with many if not all of the WWE games for years now. There's always at least one superstar that is no longer on the actual roster each time one of the video games come out.
You are correct but I think he referred to DX as coming to that ring, meaning the Raw ring and not the building. It was sloppily placed within talking about the building which I think caused the confusion.
What really irks me about the Royal Rumble matches specifically in the last few WWE2K releases is that the countdown between entrants should be the actual 2 minutes or at least give us an option to make that the case. Additionally, I hate that the view sticks to the hard cam shot instead of showing each entrant walking out like they used to have.
He was part of the WWE 2K16 Hall of Fame Showcase DLC. Not exactly a storyline but he was included for a very specific reason that is no longer valid two years later. The casual wrestling fan to whom they're marketing to is clueless to who he is. One game is fine but to just keep adding him simply because they already have the model is silly and lazy.
Agreed. Tired of seeing the same Legends characters year after year simply because they already have the models created. All due respect to the Von Erichs and Tatsumi Fujinami but there's zero reason for them to be in this year's game since I assume they're not part of another story. There MUST be other, more significant, Legends that they have under the proper contracts to include in the games that they can use besides the ones they recycle year after year. Unfortunately, Animal is one of the many wrestlers suing WWE in the ongoing concussion lawsuit. So I doubt they'll be using him any time soon and if you don't have Animal, there's no point in using Hawk solo.
Cornette has made it clear that he isn't actually a GFW employee though this time. He's just there on appearance as needed basis. So it shouldn't be much of an issue for him now.
