I can walk you through the steps. You have to visit the website and do it online at easportsworld.com Once you create your avator you have to save it to each EA game at the top of the screen. Thats the part people mess up on...after you dress him and make him up the way you want him to look, you have to do it again and save it to every game you want him to appear in.
