How about the sensible driver that arrives to find the only available space is next someone who is over a white line and they them selves must park over a white line as a result? Do they deserve a ticket? No.

Does anyone actually like Ms Salmon? And unfortunately for those who are quite rightly offended by the lack of inclusion of ni in the team name, who's actually going to listen to this outspoken, unemployed "Christian broadcaster"?

Surely true Christians shouldn't take others blood because to do so is to believe in science. If they have major blood loss... Wouldn't the true Christian thing to do be pray?

I'm so pleased that the road is being finally built, however I hope when money is being divided in the next budget, they don't leave to holes in the network i.e. The Strabane and Omagh bypasses. Only with the full implementation of the route improvement shall the scheme make sense. Hopefully we can also see the casteldawson to Randalstown stretch of the A6 improved at the same time!

Dont like Poots or his policies/views. But in light of the fact that he is a prominent politician in NI it is reasonable to accept that he may require a gun on his premises. It's just a sad fact of life. Therefore I have no problem with him firing warning shots, as long as it's exactly that.

If Monaghan, Donegal and Cavan were included, NI wouldn't be a Unionist majority and the "democratic" thing to do would be to join the South.

Don't get me wrong I hate the knuckle headed dissidents and wish they'd do us all a favour and blow themselves up. But what I believe some are trying to say was NI was formed almost a hundred years ago to ensure a unionist majority. Yes a majority want to remain part of the UK now, but only because of this careful border drawing. That can't be denied.

I can relate to this, from NI originally, I now live in England with my partner of four years. Together we've gone to the US, Germany, Austria, Greece, China (acting as just friends) and Thailand. We've also had a few trips me to Derry, visited Dublin and did the North Coast. The only reason for this how ever is because I'm from here. We didn't feel we could be openly ourselves for fear of the service we'd receive or response (like china, but we went there for vast culture change so it wasn't a draw back) , and that isn't the way to have a relaxing holiday. But as long as we continue to have prominent homophoebic people in power and some continue to hold attitudes which belong in 1912 Northern Ireland will loose out. I would just like to finish by saying if there is a change in attitude I would rather it be for real social issues as opposed to financial greed.

I will just say further to my above response, my comment is still inaccurate, as our immigrant friends ensure we can afford healthcare and residential care for our parents and loved ones, and not only that they are the ones that actually look after them as the nurses and staff that work in the care establishments.

So if you truly want to look after your own... you shall welcome economic migrants with open arms, they are the people who will one day ensure we can expect dignity and composure when we require help during old age. I just hope it doesn't take you to that point to realise this. Good night to you also.
