It's a fairly rare game that has crap tons off hype and lore behind it. Hell, it has a creepy story made up about it lol.
It was also very highly praised for the deep dark story in it. Mixed with the great timing with the release of the N3DS, seems like a home run.

Seems wise. Ii haven't ran into too many issues with this kind of stuff personally, but it usually seems better to avoid this kind of gabbledegook.

Of course they are. The rest aren't doing much of anything. Although, I am considering the purchase of a PS TV. Cheap, can play the old school games and all that, stiiill might be better to get a used PS3 though.

What do you mean? What they are saying is correct. It is their fastest selling console. They didn't say they were up YOY cause they can't. But it is still selling well. It's really starting to fall behind the Wii in sales now, imagine if Nintendo could have actually met demand for that thing, but it's still no 2 I think.

I'm not sure how they could make that threat of being banned forever. That doesn't seem very legally sound.
I'm not surprised at the refund to PSN credit as that's a fairly normal practice with lots of this kind of stuff. It should be the full amount though. I would likely stop the bank payment and start an awareness campaign.

The only problem is when you switch to Discus you'll have to do it again won't ya? lol. For now we will just have to deal with him down vote rolling till he finally grows up. He would be an interesting person to meet in person, wonder what he's actually like.
