And you are right, we live in a day and age that has become so electronic and virtual, we don't even really need to step outside our own house to communicate or interact with one another. It is possible that the very technology gives us an "excuse" to lose touch with the humanity or human touch and kindnesses that are really the purpose of any interaction. I love that term, "appreciation marketing." Please feel free to let me and others know who and what your company is, as well as your website for contact.
