Rabbi Michaelson...really? In reading your articles, one wonders if you personally suffer from BDS (Bibi Derangement Syndrome). What I find hilarious about this article is that I see one bigoted Rabbi calling out a bigoted reverend. Only in America.

The JNF can decide from whom they take money, or choose to honor. If you don't like it, then don't belong to the JNF or give them your money.

Not quite. It knocked out an unconstitutional section of the law, not the entire law itself. Again, the ball is squarely in the Congress' court. If Congress (or the Lame Duck, for that matter) was really that concerned, they would change the law. As for the canard that CU somehow opened new floodgates - there was plenty of money in politics before CU, and there is plenty of money post-CU.

@e....The election is over, guy. I know you do not like the result, but what is done is done. Israel has rejected Labor and M'eretz.

I just don't buy the Lame Duck is really sincere line. Actions speak louder than words. His actions during Protective Edge left much to be desired.

@j...If there is dark money in politics, it isn't because of Citizens United. It is there because our representatives wrote the laws regarding campaign financing and they want the dark money. They can change it at any time. My conclusion is that politicians are quite happy with dark money, or any money for that matter.

Ugh. It is April 2015 and the election isn't happening until November 2016. I long for the days when candidates were picked by their parties right around Labor Day and we had a two month campaign. The prospect of hearing an endless mantra of Clinton and/or Bush for the next year and a half is depressing.
