Apparently, Africa has a college on every corner and the great majority of Africans have a college degree! How about that!! When someone comes here from another country they get a fresh start. They come here illegally; they drive without learning the laws pertaining to driving and without a license or insurance; many of them are driving cars that are not able to pass inspection and they just pay for that under the table as well; they work either with a fraudulent social security card or without paying taxes.
