As a native Texan, I felt personally insulted by that airport sign. And the MULTIPLE sightings of men in huge cowboy hats and boots in the airport background scenes. Let me just say...no. And there is no "city in south western Texas"---none at all. So, to sum up this episode for me: rampant Islamophobia + ridiculous Texas stereotyping = not even Robbie Amell's blue eyes could make me like this one.

Will, it’s just a car. It’s not like it’s Baby. Haha, nice catch. I cannot help but compare various other things I watch to Supernatural, and by this episode, it was clear to me that Wolfgang is essentially Dean Winchester: the low self-esteem, the crappy father, the rabid loyalty to his best friend/"brother", his steeliness in never backing down from confrontations, etc. <3

Have you seen the special added to the season one Netflix version? It's a little behind-the-scenes, making-of, very entertaining and informative special on the cast and crew...highly recommend! I watched this as soon as it was released, but rewatched with Mark, and just before he released the first videos, I added it back in my Netflix queue, and there was a 13th episode...it was the making-of. 10/10

High five sister. The Adam everyone (and Sam) became emotionally invested in WAS A GHOUL. The real Adam most certainly gave no fucks about Sam or Dean and told them so. I've never cared about Adam, and I don't get why people do. Also, your headcanon is A+++ and I have adopted it as my own.

Mark, you made me CRY. It's been a long time since I went in knowing you'd love an episode ("Fan Fiction", season 10, episode 5, was the last one I knew for sure you'd love), and it just feels so good to watch you enthralled. It's been tough reading your reviews lately, and I've wanted to cry at the LOSS of the exuberance and positivity and optimism you so often displayed throughout seasons 2 through...8, I think?...inevitable, yes, but still brutal to see you succumbing to the negativity. I loved this episode so much, and I loved that YOU loved it, too. It was a helluva lot of fun, everyone in it was absolutely A+ on their game, Dean hasn't been this beautiful in every frame since I can't remember when, and we had "Guitar Man" by David Gates of Bread, "Someday Soon" by Judy Collins (as "that song Mary loved", kill me now), and "Night Moves" by Bob Seger, which has lodged itself in my brain and refuses to leave. Sam not only got laid, but he SANG ALONG TO SEGER. <3 And there was Baby, secretly gathering all the little things she knew (???) Dean would need to survive. PERFECTION. And it only took you 22 minutes to figure out it was the Impala's POV! I know because I checked (and squealed out loud, haha yep)...so that's what going in totally unspoiled is like! I should try that sometime! (LOL, just kidding, I'm on Tumblr, pssssh to no spoilers) <3<3<3<3<3<3 THANK YOU FOR LOVING THIS EPISODE, MARK! Made my day. <3<3<3<3<3<3

I've seen it so many times, I've memorized it. Also, I became a grandmother for the first time as we were all watching early season 5 with Mark, and my granddaughter's a year old now, and she LOVES this video. Seriously. I played it for her one day just because a) my iPad is a source of much fascination for her and b) I knew the catchiness of "Shake It Off" would appeal to her. It did, and now, all she has to hear is a SNIPPET of this song by anyone, Taylor or a cover, and she looks at me, smiles, and starts shaking her arm. IT'S SO ADORABLE. I love these girls for doing this SO MUCH.

I haven't been around all season, and I was mostly absent from y'all with season 9 too---but I feel SO LOST without Mark's videos every week! SO LOST. I ended up (as I'm sure many of us did) doing a complete series rewatch with him, and it was just so cathartic and special. Then I'd come here and read your comments, which always provided laughs and added insight and a place to grieve...it's been an incredible experience that's lasted nearly two years... But all good things must end. At least that's the axiom. I know...season 11, but it won't be the same experience. Mark Oshiro allowed me to "watch" Supernatural with a new viewer, which will never happen in my real life, and I AM JUST SO THANKFUL FOR THAT, MARK <3<3<3 Despite the sacrilege of 10.21, the gaping plotholes and lol!canon of the Carver Administration, it's still been a deeply satisfying experience, and one that I wouldn't give up for anything. I'll continue to watch the show because, as BSGfan1 said, it's a sickness. I'm in it TO THE END. But I'm kinda/sorta hoping season 11 will be the end? I've found that re-watching a truly great, classic episode with Mark on video is more fun that watching live and being terrified of what new travesty will be visited upon us this week. Season 10 had some outstanding episodes like Fan Fiction, Inside Man, and The Werther Project, which is more than I can say about season 9. So I'm going to try to be optimistic about next season. Just had to say that I adore Charlie's T-shirt in this episode SO MUCH. It says "Sonmi-451", which is the name/designation of one of the complex life forms in David Mitchell's "Cloud Atlas" who is elevated to GODDESS STATUS after years and years, and I love it SO MUCH that the wardrobe department knew that Charlie would know, appreciate and LOVE this character enough to wear a shirt with her name on it. ALL THE HEARTS FOREVER <3<3<3

James Patrick Stuart and the super-creepy way he just shows his teeth in lieu of smiling is the best thing about the Leviathan plot line, IMHO. Although Mayor David Aceveda (Benito Martinez) from "The Shield" as Edgar is pretty sublime, too. :p

Had to TRY to leave a comment (dead laptop, on the iPad, what fresh hell, etc) and tell you that this is my FAVORITE THING ALL MONTH, and also that the crosstitch I (incredibly) won that you made is quite possibly my favorite new thing in my house. Hope your 2015 brings many more opportunities for Winchester body part research and crosstitching alike. <3
