My sister lost a great job, took a job making no money and has been trying to hold on to her house. She started the process in February. WASHING MUTUAL MORTGAGE-NOW CHASE BANK has LOST HER MODIFICATION PACKET ....F*O*U*R T*I*M*E*S.... Disappeared, lost zilch, wiped out of their system. She has a sympathetic attorney with a real heart helping her. My heart goes out to people who are not dead-beats, caught up in this economy, who are hanging on by their fingernails trying to keep their homes.
