I also agree that Herb is unique and love his culinary point of view. Being a personal trainer, I'm sure he is used to working out constantly. Although it did show him working out the contestants one week. I think it's so important to remember that it is edited together. What we see, might not be chronologic... I like Aarti too but think I'd only use a couple of her recipes...Just not my style of cooking although I'm sure I'd enjoy some of them.
