Not a political party, but a group of people with common beliefs. This article targets the Republicans. Not the conservatives, but a political party. You’ haven’t read a word yet and it’s already political and pointing a finger at “the opposition.” Notice the difference in the length of each point. The “other” one was specific, short and to the point and black & white facts. This one is lengthy on each point and contains generalizations, name-calling and accusations throughout. “Gray areas” throughout. Some specifics in this may be true, but a lot of circumstances are omitted and make these appear to be cut and dried, simple facts. Not so. The “FDR got us into WWII” is understated at best. I seem to remember something about an attack on a harbor that left us with no choice but to defend ourselves or be taken over.
