Nice swerve, and honestly he could use some polarization on his character and there's still that poor attempt at playing up the rollings swerve mistrust that still needs to be resolved, a solid "run in for the save" dirty deeds heel turn aligning with dolph and drew would make for a nice high point in what will be a painfully boring midcard. I just hope to hell they don't do some Dean, Dolph, Drew = 3D naming crap if they do got that route.

Their non-competes are for televised shows only, done to avoid the Rick Rude incident again, they don't care about bingo halls as those aren't considered competition.

This one is easy, they won't, he's done. They didn't fire him because of the allegations, they fired him because the moron KNEW about the allegations and neglected to tell them until it came up in a earnings call. Nothing burns a bridge faster than piefacing the board in front of stockholders.

They need to pick a gimmick for her, is she supernatural, is she a gladiator, is she just a tough woman, or is she the softy Bayley copy we get in most of her promos. She presents a completely different persona every time they have her on camera, pick one and stick to it already.

Remember NXT is developmental, it has a huge roster but most of them won't be there to get called up to the main roster, these guys are getting signed to the PC, even if you DO see them on TV or the Network it'll be years from now if at all, that's why they sign like a dozen at a time, who have we seen from the China signees?
The main roster has a lot of people because they do 300+ shows every year, that is a raw or smackdown every week, a monthly event, and a houseshow almost every night, your body can't take that 100% of the time, so they have extra people basically the same reason any sporting team has an injury roster, if someone can't play you fill in that spot.
And there is the ever present post-Wrestlemania callups and future endeavors, we're just in that gap between them where the roster is packed but will lose 20 people or more by Summerslam, continue to trim into the fall and be short handed by Survivor Series, because stockholders are fickle and you gotta show improving numbers by the EoY even though your peak is spring-summer.
