Though if theres a decent independent in the race, I'll choose them instead. Arizona is screwed in the Attorney Generals race too. Vote for a soon to be felon, or a Democrat. When I was hired by the Census last year, we were told that we would be working full time for 13 weeks. 3 weeks later, we were all out of work. The people working now, many of them were working then, including the supervisors. So when they say, work slow, what they're really saying is, we got screwed out of 10 weeks of work, because we all worked too well. We got the job done so fast, we all lost out. I understand it from a government waste perspective, I also understand it from the perspective of someone who got terminated due to lack of work, despite being promised 10 additional weeks. Right now the NRFU operation is winding down. Not much left to it, so this will all be meaningless very soon, except that hopefully the people at the census, can set things up so that they run better 10 years from now. This more then anything suggests that while they meant for this to apply to the Federal government, they certainly did not expect it to be pushed onto their states. If they were living here on April 1st, the census workers are obligated to count them. And like it or not, if you won't answer the question, then they have to go and ask your neighbors etc the same questions in order to get the information required. If its too much of a bother for you, then fill out your census form and mail it back. And tell your neighbors to do the same.
