I've been trying to get one credit agency to remove a $33 ultity bill that was a couple of months late due to a move to a different state and was paid in 2002 and it just does not seem to get done. The other agencies caught it and fixed it by 2003. The utility has sent several letters to the agency as well. My guess is thousands of people like me would see a bump in the their credit score if these problems were addressed. Taxes are only part of the equation. Spending law enforcement dollars appropriately are another. If 502 does not pass you will still see the same local direction given to law enforcement that Seattle and Tacoma have already done. In this economy we do not have the budget to fund police greenskeepers. It may reduce the price for those bringing pot in illegally and thereby further reducing the profits for the drug cartels and thugs. So much the better in my view.
