<description>Yeah, well, over 90% of Chinese PhD&amp;#039;s and 80% of Indian PhD&amp;#039;s choose to remain in the US after graduation and those include the brightest and cleverest from the best schools. I&amp;#039;d say that is a brain drain from Chindia to the USA, not the other way around.  The other thing is, no matter how long you&amp;#039;ve been gone, there&amp;#039;s just no place like home, immigration reform won&amp;#039;t stop people &amp;quot;going home&amp;quot;. </description>
