I just think there are other avenues to look into to help others. I would hate having to go thru a church to do that. I couldn't imagine being a christian atheist, I just don't think that exists, I can't wrap my head around it.
I love helping people, but there is no way I would want to do it out of a church. But that's just me. :)

You know what else doesn't matter? The fact that they have NO proof of either heaven or hell existing. And really, threatening and atheists with hell? It's like threatening me with a magic wand.
Christians, you get SO upset when we talk about your silly believes, but I yet to see anyone come up with some hard core evidence. Man up!
Burden of proof falls on the religious god fearing wackos, not the non-believers, for we are not making such preposterous claims.

Do you respect people simply cuz they believe in Santa Claus? Didn't think so.. Respect is earned by merits and mutual respect. And from my experience, believers are usually really disrespectful to me when they find out I don't believe in their sky daddy...

God does not exist. If you people are going to continue to make extraordinary claims then ante up with some extraordinary proof.
But you know what, you never ever can. Burden of proof lies on you my friend, not us. We are not making the ridiculous claim that there is an invisible talking man in the sky.

False. A LOT of people in prisons are "believers" (most, actually) Most of them, I'm sure, are hardly what most people would consider "good" or "better". A lot of them are baby rapers and murderers.... hmmm...

No! duh! It saying that even tho we don't believe in god (WITHOUT GOD), that we can still be good, we don't need the god crutch..
