Yeah we did an island tour in St. Kitts last time which was great! With minimal time in port on a cruise there is only so much you can see and do each time. If we go back for longer I will definitely let you know! I think we just got unlucky with the mosquitoes. I haven’t seen other complaints about them in the tour reviews on TripAdvisor so it could have been bad timing with our arrival right after the rain but they were crazy hungry. It was pretty bad. I took a picture of one of my shoulders/upper arms and back and they are covered in bites! I can’t remember our Captain’s name but neither of those names ring a bell. There definitely wasn’t an Elvis or I would remember haha.

Hi Gigi, You select the time you want when you book, and then you are locked into that time. There are typically only 2 times available in English through that company (noon and 2pm). You don't have to print a voucher, however we simply printed out what we received in our confirmation email just in case there was an issue upon arrival. When we arrived in front of the KFC at the meeting spot, and found our tour guide Mireille (who was awesome btw!), she already had our name(s) and number in our party on record. I can't even recall if she took our voucher. I think she just checked us off the list. Enjoy Barcelona! I'm not sure if you read my other posts in this series, but I highly recommend almost everything I shared on my blog! Some of my favorite places to eat were La Alcoba Azul and Viana (both are popular, small, and can get crowded depending on when you arrive), but basically everything other than Tapa Tapa was awesome :)

Hi Doreen. That dipping sauce sounds like a great idea! I've never made these in advance, but since the filling is relatively dry, I would bet you could assemble them at least a day ahead of time and refrigerate them until you're ready to bake. You could also freeze them if you wanted to assemble them even further in advance. Just thaw them in the fridge before baking. Let me know how it goes!
