<title>Buddhist Geeks : Discover the Emerging Face of Buddhism : Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet</title>
<link>http://www.buddhistgeeks.com/2012/12/coming-out-of-the-spiritual-closet/#IDComment540990523</link>
<description>The issue, from my perspective, is not about strengths or accomplishments or fruits, not about coming OUT of the closet, but what&amp;#039;s left IN the closet when someone comes out to teach. What isn&amp;#039;t known about oneself or is only vaguely recognized that will impact the non-teacher (aka the student?) in ways that impede his/her self-recognition. There is no question that teaching benefits the teacher. The questions that need answers are the ones that hang on the skeleton in the closet. </description>
