Not knowing fully what that percentage is or entails, I wouldn't suspect the majority of the properties under consideration would not qualify beings they have been fully renovated into apartments, which essentially has ruined the interior designs and integrity of the history it holds. I am interested to know the specifications to qualify and why a Historic Preservation list was not made/reviewed in the 14 years the group emerged prior to the flood, Doesn't that seem like the logical point of interest to initially focus on?
