Rather than just a pimple on the path to progress, I'd say Obama is a huge oozing cycst on the path of America's future economic and military security - but then that would be unfair to huge oozing cycsts...

Obama is a jackass. He has got to be asked directly on live camera HOW EXACTLY does blocking the Keystone Oil pipeline help create US jobs? The morons at 350.org think stopping the pipeline will somehow stop the oil from being burnt and stop CO2? - FALSE! It will just go to China to be refined into gasoline, (to LESS stringent standards than in the US thus creating more real pollution), instead of the USA. His moratorium on deep well drilling after BP was NOT the decision supported by the scientific panel he asked to review the idea. He repeatedly ignored court orders to lift the moratorium. He does everything he can do to STOP ENERGY production when it IS the very thing that runs our country! Loaning money to Fisker to build cars in Finland doesn't produce US jobs. Loaning money to solar cell companies like Solyndra that go bankrupt doesn't produce US jobs. ALLOWING private investment to build the pipeline would have created thousands of real jobs, reduced our dependence on ME oil and helped lower the outrageous price of home heating oil now at over $3.20 /gallon thanks to Obama. Obama is our first ANTI USA president. What side he is on I'm not certain but he's sure isn't on our side.

If there was some other third extreme that was somehow the opposite of both floods and droughts - liberals would claim that it too was proof of a man-made global warming disaster. They just take us for fools.

Two algorithms these scientists need to kind of ... ~work into~ their politically correct GCM's: * Cold = Snow & *Warm = Rain Let me see if I have this straight... 1. This season's snow accumulation has broken historic records. 2. Those prior snow maximums were set back in various years when CO2 and average global temperature were both slightly lower. 3. Only some of the past records were broken; some others remain to be broken. 4. Of the past records that were recently broken, liberals BELIEVE that the slightly greater amount of recent snow that managed to break the prior record is proof of global warming because of extra water vapor. 5. Of the past records that were almost broken by recent snows but not quite, liberals believe that that is ALSO proof of global warming because of today's extra atmospheric warmth. Conclusion: Liberals are duplicitous LIARS with such HUGE egos who actually think we are stupid enough to believe their nonsense and not be able to logically establish that there is likely a similarity between the past and present atmospheric conditions that BOTH yielded large amounts of snow.

Breitbart.tv : Dem Rep Calls For Christmas Crisis to Force GOP on Tax Debate

Rich people are 'going Galt' right now because of Obama and his radical left minions like this moron. That's BAD for jobs because it isn't just the personal income taxes on the rich, it's corporate taxes, licenses, federal mandates, EPA restrictions - the whole enchilada - weighing down US business, making us less competitive globally, that gives rich people 'pause' about investing their money toward new ventures or expansion. On top of that, companies do NOT pay taxes! Every dime of tax that a company pays is tacked on as a cost of doing business and passed on to you know who - the customer - US. Raising taxes on companies only raises prices further eroding US competitiveness.

Breitbart.com : Miss. judge jails attorney for not reciting pledge

People are quick to start talking about 'free speech' etc. lose sight of the fact that all lawyers who pass the bar in their respective state are OFFICERS OF THE COURT. As officers of the court they are required to OBEY the order of a judge in that judges courtroom. If the judge told him to stand on his head in a corner he is supposed to comply; complaining about the judge later is the only legal option the lawyer has. It is akin to a police officer disobeying a chief's direct order. The lawyer is simply stupid not to comply and lucky thus far that the judge hasn't recommended his law license be revoked.

It bears repeating that the SCOTUS ruling against the FL Supreme Court in the 2000 election was SEVEN TO TWO ...not 5 to 4. The 5 to 4 decision was the remedy basically to not send the case back to the FL court thus establishing Bush as the winner.

I was only 8 when I was allowed to use a 5hp outboard skiff to go fishing. I knew what I was doing and was in total control - but I had to prove it first. Age is not necessarily the factor here, it was inexperience. The mother was the one with greatest inexperience by allowing her inexperienced 7 year old operate the the throttle of a +100 hp boat near a dock. There are plenty of inexperienced 40 year olds who ram the dock full bore BTW.

I think most people have it right here; NO inexperienced person, regardless of age, should have their hand on the throttle near the docks or other watercraft. If you have to tend the bow line, kill the engine and have the other person PADDLE. My son was flying the Cherokee 180 at age 6 but at 2000 feet in clear air, well under max structural speed and with no one else in sight. But it was dual controls and there was absolutely nothing he could have done wrong that I wouldn't have been able to immediately counter. This would be like having him land while I was asleep in the back seat. Whose boat was it? The mother's?

Breitbart.com : Maggots force plane back to gate in Atlanta

jubalharshaw 55p on page 2 said "Also, tired of TSA stealing stuff." YESSSS! I would have replied directly but more people need to know about that and BE FOREWARNED. Do NOT wear expensive jewelry or carry any other kind of small expensive 'thing' that the TSA would be able to grab and hide if taken off of your person when you go through the security line. Some TSA workers are simply THIEVES who will pocket pieces of your jewelry or other small items right out of the little box that you put them into as it emerges sight unseen by you from the X-ray machine while you are stuck on the other side behind some idiot who has a metal plate in his head setting off the metal detector. If you challenge them they'll just claim that some other passenger must have grabbed your stuff - 99.99% of the time it was THEM and you won't get it back.

Okay, they aren't sterile sterile but they are a heck of lot cleaner than flies themselves and FAR less likely to transmit any disease even if they had any from what was likely originally fresh meat. I've never heard of turning around a plane and fumigating it just for having a few flies on board so doing it for their larvae is just ridiculous.

If there had been anyone in charge on the plane who had taken ordinary high school biology 60 years ago they would have just kept going because they would have known that maggots are STERILE. Flies carry disease - their larvae do not. Maggots are STILL used medically to clean out necrotic tissue from wounds, they won't eat live tissue, (Google "maggot debridement therapy".) Turning the plane around and wasting all that money and everyone's time for such a silly thing is symptomatic of how IGNORANCE is taking over our society - the product of the best public education a liberal mind can deliver.
