We have no final rules and Sen. Webb has payment on hold for 60 days if we do get as far as new rules. Anyone in the know have a guess what the outcome for new presumptives? I wrote my cong. rep. and got a letter back and after reading it, it didn't tell me anything I didn't know and I have no idea what his position is on it, but thanks for responding to my letter... I don't undrstand Sen Webb's issue (s) with the new rules. Is he against the "boots on ground" policy previously applied, the asociation of any or all three new diseases with Agent Orange or is something all together different. What argument has he made to get support for the review, anyone with information about this could post and be greatly appreciated. Good luck to all the vets who have been hanging on for so long...
