This kind of goes along with unconditional love... but I'd say being broken by God's love, or being witness to seeing someone (especially a close friend of family member) broken by God's love. It's probably one of the most beautiful things I've both experienced and witnessed.

Lately I've been working more on loving the unlovable. Why? Well, the bottom line is that they're very time-consuming. It's often true that the people hardest to love are the ones that need it the most. But when you give that love, they cling. But I'm learning. In my experience, every single person end up being more lovable that I thought they were. They seem to become more, normal. And God always seems to redeem the time.

Being responsible for a lot of the Tech at our church, I can certainly relate. It's so easy to get caught up in the technical without remembering the reason for it. Jesus didn't need technology to change lives the way he did. He doesn't today, either.

These are all great insights. I love your ability to "package" your thoughts to make it easy for others to apply. It's rare that I'm awake for more than 5 minutes when my head hits the pillow. Praying in that few minutes connects my spirit. I find my best nights of sleep almost always begin with "Goodnight, God." (If I make it that far) and end with "Good morning, God".
