A lineup, that while decent statistically showed little knack for getting hits when it counted. I'm not saying Manny should have been signed, but there were moves out there that would have changed the makeup of the lineup and maybe even challenge some these guys. I brought this up in the offseason and I remember being told to shut up because the offense was like 3rd in runs or something. My reply was, how many runs did they score in September?
