He probably identified himself only as "Erik" because his wife was the GM (and part owner I believe). When I relocated here I heard all the horror stories about that dealership. So, when I needed a vehicle I went to Bob Stone Freeway in The Dalles. They carry full line General Motors and Subaru. Great family business that has taken very good care of me and my family. I've refered many people to the dealership and they had the same result. Plus, from what I hear they are getting loans approved for the people that want to purchase a vehicle. The economy is a little rough, but it is still running and it will get better if everyone stops believing all the bad press.
