You are 100% correct...most homes would not pass an inspection. According to Health Dept. rules, you have a specific order in which your food is kept in the fridge. No drinking glasses or cups without a lid and straw. Your lights have to be a certain brightness. Dates on everything..nothing longer then 7 days. My all time favorite...everything 6" off the floor even in my -05 degree freezer...not for sure what rodent can live at -5 :) The list goes on and on.

I wonder if this report takes into account kids that transfer schools???

We are looking at 6.2 billion over a 5 yr. span...I wonder how much welfare fraud cost us in that same time period????

When our daughter was being bullied in middle school, she went to the counselor who told her to "toughen up." What good does it do to tell an adult if they aren't going to do anything?

I agree that it's the batters fault but those are legit questions. What causes these women to stay? What's different in their way of thinking than a woman that does leave? Once this is figured out maybe we can end this violence.

What is being said is, Sp Ed. kids should be in a classroom that fits them and their needs. No where did anyone say that special needs children don't have the right to an education.
