I would like to actually see the data on how many women have had to make the tough decision to terminate a pregnancy due to the fetal complications or danger to the mother. Education and immigration go hand in hand in this community and the President had an opportunity to inspire this group to put down their nations flag and politics, in favor of stronger participation in their children's education. My personal experience is that, parent-teacher conference attendance is low, volunteering at the school, not so much, but if their child is performing in the talent show 25 relatives show up to videotape it. The state department absolutely refuses the short form document as proof of US birth. I know this first hand as they rejected it when we were renewing my daughters passport when she was five.
