Good luck with arguing that. Even at 0330h it must have seemed a long shot. Also the "judicial appointments" link tells you it's well judicial. So no on both counts. She is still in big, big trouble.

Very stupid thing to have done. I feel sad that such an able person has done this. We need able people in public life I hope in time he will be able to come back.

Stupid, silly and perhaps a whipless spell but I do hope he is forgiven. Much more Brexity than me but has always come across as fundamentally decent. Redemption is important in all walks of life including politics.
