LifeChurch.tv Church Online Blog : Revolutionary Love

I tried to pay for someone behind me in the McDonalds drive through but the cashier got confused and disorientated so I moved on. On a more positive note Paula and I identified a need in our family for someone who doesn't have an internet connection. We purchased them a wireless router and a wireless adaptor, paid for the installation and commited to pay the access fee for 6 months. It's been a blessing to give beyond what we normally would. What it's done in my heart has encouraged me to give more.

LifeChurch.tv Church Online Blog : Being a Global Church Online

Accessibility!! I think it's important to recognise that not all intarweb tubes were created equal.... As an example - lots of people here in Australia are on 256kbps ADSL (Our biggest Telco Telstra really push their 256k product). It would be great if video was available to people on slower connections. I invited a family member to an experience and it was lagging so badly they turned it off. They are on 512k. I’m not sure how much bandwidth is required as a minimum for the live stream?? Here is an example of how good a video stream can look at 150kbps. http://www.nasa.gov/55644main_NASATV_Windows.asx(Might require windows).

LifeChurch.tv Church Online Blog : Set Yourself Aside, and Look to God's Purpose

With all the noise of the world going on it's pretty easy to <insert> our own wants and our ideals into what His plan for our life is. I want to commit to spending more time being quiet and listening.
