FinerMinds : Ask And It Is Given by Esther & Jerry Hicks — DAY 5 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

I have read several of their books but not this one? To know what I won’t, in writing it down it all comes to “being happy”. There seems to be so many things that try and tap you in the negative direction, work, customers, angry driver…. Hum, those are all external. Ok, thank fully for these books I now turn each situation around, I tap the others negativity into something positive, I figure, if they can come in mad at the world and try and take it out on me, I can try and help them and myself to find something to be joyful about, they leave in a better mood and I don’t get dragged into the de-energizing drama.

FinerMinds : The Big Leap By Gay Hendricks — DAY 4 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

A lot of great resources in this book! I really relate to the voices in the head, and just by permitting them to be there lightens the volume (resist/persistence).

FinerMinds : How To Stop Worrying And Start Living By Dale Carnegie — DAY 3 Of The PhilosophersNotes Challenge

Now that I have wrote down what I have been worrying about it is clear that I have been worrying about “what if’s” some I have no control over, those I “will be willing to have it so” and “Don’t cross those bridges until I come to them”, the ones I do have control over but continue to worry, like leave the cats out and forget (Michigan, freezing) I am setting the timer and placing a tag on the door in/out. And letting everyone worry for them self. Wow, getting clear is very lifting.

I have not read this book, yet. All 4 agreements are just what I needed to hear, what an eye opener. I don’t know how I found this “50 day challenge” but it is exactly what I was searching for. I have read a lot of the logs and am so existed to read, learn and see how I grow from this. Thank you
