Hi Sylvia I am really glad your enjoying the Silva material! As for some advice on what to do, the one thing I've learned about personal development is that there are ALOT of methods out there. Some work for some people, some different methods work for others. What you need to do is find out what works for you and remember that nothing is 'right' or 'wrong'. So I recommend to try different methods and stick with the ones you enjoy the most (personal development should be fun!). HI Geoff, First of all, yes there will be more on the fire wire connection, since we have had such positive response to the report. Secondly, as for the 'situation' to bring to mind. I would suggest an area of your life you are trying to improve. Maybe you want better health, more financial freedom or a loving relationship, or any area of your life where you know you deserve better than what you have now. This way you can discover if maybe some 'wiring' is what is responsible for holding you back. Hi Dez, I suggest that you try the centering exercise first - to get used to being a state of complete relaxation. Its ok if your thoughts sometimes start to drift during the exercise - just gently pull them back to the meditation and your alpha state. The centering exercise is completely guided and could be easier to start to train your mind to relax.
