I have written two blog posts about this myself, so I am one of the guilty ones for pouring gas on the fire, but with a little time comes a little perspective. And I find myself wondering, how, with all of the other ads out there, why THIS particular ad touched a nerve? What got the moms so ticked off? What about "Calgon, Take Me Away" 20 years ago that painted kids as being a pain in the rear end? Wondering if it would have generated this sort of response.
I don't have the answers, but am curious to know what others think.
