Depending on the deal TNA has worked out with Universal I don't see why they couldn't put on 12 PPVs/Big shows a year. I would have first month a PPV on the road followed the next month by a Saturday/Sunday Night special from the impact zone. Alternating live PPV on the road and taped/live TV Specials from the Soundstage. Failing that why not 6 PPVs on the road? One every 2 months.

I'm loving this road trip! These 2 are hilarious together.

I really enjoyed the whole show yet again.

I enjoyed the final segment, I thought Dixies reaction to Hogan quitting was perfect. One of the "Big Stars" that Dixie hired over keeping the "TNA Originals" was abandoning her. She then tried to save face by "firing" someone that has already quit - a classic a**hole boss move.

The August 1 warnings were "rumoured" to have actually been for Low Ki prior to Ortiz. So it is possible that this AJ-Dixie storyline will be used to reintroduce him if he has in fact reached a deal with TNA. Also Petey Williams has already appeared a few times this year so he will probably return.

I would love Alex Shelley to return but I think it's unlikely.

I just hope that Jay Lethal doesn't return, sorry if any of you like him but I just don't enjoy his wrestling or on screen personality.

I would have thought they would have called it an Empty Arena match if it was indeed the same thing as the MCMG vs GenMe match you mention mate.

I think it is likely to be the definition I posted. I'm picturing all the lights going out bar a few dim spotlights in the ring area

Why wouldn't it have Crowd Energy? Presumably the crowd would still be there, just that the non essential lights will be turned off so the only bit lit up will be the ring area just dimly. You can't have a TV match in full darkness lol.

I'm picturing the sort of lighting a Sin Cara match match in WWE gets but with a standard colour of low level lighting.

Essentially just a few dimmed spotlights on the ring and the rest turned off

Had to do a little googling but came up with this definition of a "lights out" match....

"Another similarly important gimmick was the Lights Out Match. If the Texas Death Match can be said to be the grandfather of the Last Man Standing Match, then the Lights Out Match is the grandfather of the Street Fight. The gimmick for this match was that it was too violent and too lawless to be officially sanctioned by the NWA, so the matches would take place after the “official” show, with the house lights turned off, hence the name"
