Haha.. \"I Believe in Mark Mushakian\" perhaps? I set up a private blog on there, yesterday, just to check things out. They offer a theme that's an open sandbox of just HTML, without any styling, and you can preview CSS changes (just not save, without the upgrade), so I did a quick experiment in bringing my current stylesheet over there. The results were actually better than I thought. It would still be a very different theme, but I'm going to experiment more and see what's possible. The amount of responses I get to posts like this are pretty indicative of the main reason I'm looking to switch, too, so I hope I can find a satisfying middle-ground on a new design.

Thanks for the well-wishes, too :) Haha, I'm sort of doing this backwards, since most upgrade from a free blog site to hosting their own, but that's just how things go, sometimes.

I started with some basic knowledge, care of an HTML/CSS class I took at my junior college, but I started really learning exponentially once I set up my site and started continually working on it. I never make any money from this site, and I've never had any interest to do so.

It's all just me running things, here. I started with just basic html pages (even for the blog), then added a comment system, then a full-blown blog, then eventually changed over to Wordpress.. but I've done all the work. Feel free to email or IM me about it sometime.
