What... does the child have to be beaten right in front of thier eyes to see that there really is danger. They always say they do not have proof. Only to find, bruises, malnutrition,scarred,and beaten children is when they even think there may be a reason to check it out. I would never call CPS for a suspicious anything... they never do anything about it... I would take it to the next step above... SO sorry for these kids.
