I agree with you on the &amp;quot;100 reps 3 lb weights&amp;quot; thing, I know because of that a lot of women are going to be like &amp;quot;I don&amp;#039;t want to use more than 3 lbs&amp;quot;. But I guess from Gwyneth&amp;#039;s perspective she has the time, money etc. Where as other women have to become more efficient with there workouts because they might lack time, money etc. </description>
